Permitted uses

• Mock interviews and interview practice.
• Interviews where AI assistance is explicitly permitted.
• Meeting assistance.
• Accessibility.
• Coaching and training.

Prohibited uses

• Hidden cheating or unauthorized live-interview answer delivery.
• Screen-share concealment or capture exclusion intended to evade other applications.
• Proctoring or monitoring bypass.
• Anti-detection, process/window disguise or stealth recording.
• Any capture before the user explicitly presses Start.
• Violating the rules of an interview, meeting, workplace, examination or platform.
• Violating any law, or infringing the rights of others.
• Attempting to bypass entitlement, billing or security controls.
• Abusing the AI gateway, rate limits or quotas.

Enforcement

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy. Serious violations may be reported to the relevant authorities where required by law.
