Subprocessors
Categories of service providers AI Interview Assistant uses to run the account service. The specific providers, their locations and transfer safeguards are confirmed and published here before public launch.
| Category | Purpose | Data involved |
|---|---|---|
| Payment processor | Checkout, subscriptions, invoices, customer portal | Billing details entered on the processor's pages; AI Interview Assistant never receives card numbers |
| Identity provider | Sign-in, account security, multi-factor authentication | Sign-in identifiers and profile (email, name) |
| Cloud hosting and database | Running the website, API and database | Account and subscription records (see the privacy policy) |
| Transactional email provider | Account, billing and support emails | Email address and message content |
| Affiliate tracking (Affitor) | Crediting the partner who referred a visitor or a new account | Website visitors: cookies, page address, referrer and browser details, and IP address. A new account: its internal user id and email address, sent once when the account is created |
| Content delivery network | Delivering desktop installers | Technical request data |
| Approved external AI provider | Generating guidance for AI requests. AI Interview Assistant uses an approved external AI provider to process AI requests; AI Interview Assistant does not run its own AI models | The text of each AI request and the generated answer, relayed through AI Interview Assistant without being stored by AI Interview Assistant |
| Approved external speech provider | Transcribing session audio and reading guidance aloud (unless on-device speech is chosen in the app) | Short segments of session audio and the text to read aloud, relayed through AI Interview Assistant without being stored by AI Interview Assistant |
The AI and speech providers' locations and transfer safeguards are confirmed and published here before public launch.
AI Interview Assistant's cloud never receives screenshots, and stores neither audio nor text: AI requests and, unless on-device speech is chosen, speech audio and text are relayed and discarded.
