Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms govern your use of the AI Interview Assistant desktop application and related services (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

2. Authorized use

You may use the Service only for the authorized uses described in the authorized-use statement and the Acceptable Use Policy. You are responsible for complying with the rules of any interview, meeting, workplace, examination or platform you use the Service with, and with all applicable laws.

3. Accounts and subscriptions

The Service is provided under an account subscription with a term of 1, 3 or 12 months. There are no product keys or license files. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Prices, billing intervals and taxes are shown at checkout.

4. AI usage

AI features are included in your subscription. AI Interview Assistant uses an approved external AI provider to process AI requests; you cannot connect your own AI provider or API key. AI use is subject to any usage limits shown for your plan, and failed requests are not counted against them. AI Interview Assistant does not own or operate the AI models used and may replace a model with an equivalent or better one; material changes will be notified.

5. Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. See the refund and cancellation policy.

6. Your data

Capture data, history and guidance stay on your computer. The cloud backend stores account, subscription, usage and audit data only; AI request content is relayed to the AI provider, and session audio for transcription and text to read aloud are relayed to the speech provider, without being stored. 7. Acceptable use

You must not use the Service for hidden cheating, unauthorized live-interview answer delivery, screen-share concealment, proctoring bypass, anti-detection or any covert use.

8. Availability

The Service is provided on an "as available" basis. We may suspend or modify features. We will communicate material changes and provide a deprecation period where practical.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties and our liability is limited. The exact wording must be finalized by counsel.

10. Our content and attribution

The articles, guides and other text we publish on this website, including the blog, may be quoted, shared or used only if you credit AI Interview Assistant and link to the original page. Any other use, including republishing without credit, needs our prior written permission. This section covers our published content only; your own data is covered by section 6.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified before they take effect.
