Billing

What happens when my term ends?
It renews for the same term unless you cancel. If you cancel, you keep access until the end of the paid term, and your account, billing history and data export stay available.
How much AI is included?
Every plan includes the monthly AI allowance shown on it (one credit is one token), plus up to 30 hours of transcription and 200,000 characters read aloud per month. Unused allowances do not roll over.
What if a payment fails?
Access continues for a short grace period while you update your payment method from your account. Your data is not deleted because of a failed payment.
How do offers and discount codes work?
An offer shown on a plan is applied automatically at checkout; there is nothing to enter, and the plan states how long the discounted price lasts. A discount code is applied when you open the pricing page through its link, or when you enter it on the checkout page. A code cannot be combined with an offer that is already on a plan: checkout then uses the offer shown.
